### Quick overview

<table><thead><tr><th width="155.17578125">Plan</th><th>Best For</th><th>Price</th><th>Entities</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Free</strong></td><td>Clients just getting started or evaluating Kick</td><td>$0/mo</td><td>1 entity, up to 250 transactions annually</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Basic</strong></td><td>Single-entity clients, low complexity, best for cash basis</td><td>$20/mo</td><td>1 entity, core bookkeeping features</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Plus</strong></td><td>Clients with multiple businesses, complex reporting needs, best for accrual basis</td><td>$50/mo + $25/mo per additional entity</td><td>Unlimited entities, advanced features</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Kick Accountant Program</strong></td><td>Firms ready to scale, limited spots per quarter</td><td>Starting at $6,000 upfront</td><td>Unlimited entities, 20 annual licenses, lead generation</td></tr></tbody></table>

**Note on additional entities:** On the Plus plan, every additional entity's first 250 transactions per year are free. After that, it's $25/month per entity.
{% endhint %}

### How to decide

**Start with Free** → If your client is testing Kick or has under 250 annual transactions.

**Move to Basic** → As your client scales.

**Upgrade to Plus** → As soon as a client has more than one business or entity to manage. The pricing scales predictably, and additional entities under 250 transactions per year stay free.

**Apply to the Accountant AI Program** → If you're looking to grow your firm, want hands-on training, and want priority support from people who have been in your shoes.
